IPOL & Ravensbourne Global Experiential Luxury Certificate

In today’s evolving luxury market, traditional values of craftsmanship, exclusivity, and heritage are blending with innovative trends in technology, retail, and digital experiences. The IPOL & Ravensbourne Global Experiential Luxury Certificate offers a unique opportunity to explore this dynamic landscape through a series of intensive two- and three-day courses across three iconic cities: London, New York, and Zurich. Through immersive, hands-on experiences and direct access to industry experts, participants will gain insights into the intricate world of luxury, from product development and supply chain to branding and customer experience, equipping them with the skills needed to navigate and thrive in this ever-changing industry.

To maximise the learning and networking opportunities we have limited the participant numbers to ten.

Immersive Courses

The IPOL Education Programmes consist of a series of two and three day experiential standalone courses of study focused on luxury and related industries. Working with our extensive international network we explore product development, retail, the supply chain, experience, hospitality, travel, automotive, technology and craftsmanship and heritage. Experience first hand industry expert perceptions of luxury, and factory/studio visits with each of our partners in their home cities.

Innovative Strategies

As the global luxury market faces challenges with new approaches in retail, branding, manufacturing, and the influence of digital technologies and social media, we explore strategies for longevity and success. We delve into the luxury industry through an engaging approach to history, design, consumption, branding, and technology. Collaborating with designers, artisans, entrepreneurs, brand strategists, and influencers, we build an understanding of the key issues shaping the global luxury landscape.

Expert Guidance

Consisting of a variety of integrated live and virtual courses, workshops, projects and excursions, the programme of study will be augmented through experiential and site-specific learning opportunities and will be taught by industry experts, entrepreneurs and internationally recognised academics from institutions around the world. Additionally, participants have the unique possibility to get personalized 1-to-1 coaching.

This immersive executive education program features three standalone modules, each lasting two to three days, focusing on specific topics within the global luxury industry. The curriculum includes virtual courses, workshops, projects, and networking opportunities with industry experts and peers. Participants will engage in experiential learning and site visits, guided by professionals in design, business, craft, and enterprise. The program covers business models of both global luxury brands and startups, analysing and comparing management practices and techniques and innovative luxury formats to identify effective strategies and predict future trends.

The program highlights different luxury sectors in key cities: London for craftsmanship and fashion, Zurich for hospitality and wellness, and New York for business. Participants will also have the chance to attend the IPOL 2025 Conference, Honest Luxury, where they can present their project findings to an international audience of industry leaders and academics.
